Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of submitaitool.net and any related services we operate (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; if you are using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account

You sign in via email magic-link or Google OAuth. Each account is for one person and is not transferable. You are responsible for the security of the sign-in email address; anyone with access to it can access your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit tools you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
• Spam-submit, automate submissions in volumes that strain the Service, or abuse the verification system.
• Circumvent Stripe billing, attempt chargebacks in bad faith, or reverse-engineer the payment flow.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish our editorial directory pages without permission.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of third parties' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Acceptable Use, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Paid services

Current pricing is at /pricing. The Service offers a one-time $99 Audit plan and a $129/year Continuation subscription. Stripe processes all payments; we never receive your card details. Subscription renewals are charged automatically by Stripe at the start of each billing period and can be cancelled from /settings/billing at any time before the next renewal.

Refunds

Refunds for the $99 Audit are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Refund Policy is the binding statement of when a refund is available and how to request one. The $129/year Continuation subscription can be cancelled to stop future renewals; pro-rated refunds of already-paid subscription periods are not offered.

Your content and our content

Product metadata you enter (the tool name, URL, description, tags) remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and verify it as part of running the Service. The Service itself — codebase, design, editorial content we author about third-party directories, brand marks — belongs to us, and these Terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

Service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or uptime percentage. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; if we discontinue paid features in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a refund of unused value.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any directory you submit to will publish your listing, give a dofollow link, or send you any specific amount of traffic; we measure outcomes and report them honestly, but we do not control third-party directories.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top, and where reasonable we will also notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hi@submitaitool.net. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please email hi@submitaitool.net first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that fails, the dispute will be handled under the law applicable where the parties are respectively located; we do not impose a specific governing-law or forum-selection clause at this stage of the Service's life. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer protection right that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.
