Response time
Typical reply within 1–2 business days. This is what we aim for, not a formal SLA — if it falls on a holiday or a small operation gets briefly stretched, it can take a bit longer.
Refunds and billing
For refund eligibility see our /refund-policy. To request a refund or cancel a Continuation subscription, sign in and open /settings/billing — both are handled there in a few clicks. Email us only if the automated flow does not work for your case.
Bug reports and feature requests
Email us with steps to reproduce (for bugs) or what you were trying to do (for requests). A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot. We do not have a public tracker yet, but you will get a real reply.
Directory corrections
If something on a directory's page is wrong — outdated pricing, a moved submit URL, a fact we mis-stated — email us with a link to the page and what changed. We update the page's lastEditorialReview when we fix it.
